If you think church is just for old people, then you obviously haven’t visited ours…….
Ignition is a group for teenagers aged between 13 and 16. We meet on Friday night and Sunday morning at Lansdowne Baptist Church (click the link for a map).
You can expect friendly welcoming faces, enthusiastic people and lively music. The youth hall is equipped with two pool tables, a table tennis table, a full size football table and basketball hoops.
Fridays
On Fridays we meet at 7.45 pm until 9.15 pm, normally in our youth hall (see our current programme below). There is a different programme every term involving some evenings based in the youth hall and some where we go out for the night. Sometimes we meet on a Saturday night instead.
We aim to provide a place to relax, make new friends, and have lots of fun.
Sundays
On Sundays we meet at 10.00 am until 11.20 am (see our current programme below). During this time we meet to worship God, read and study the Bible, learn more about the Christian faith and through this, develop a personal relationship with God.
