Lansdowne Students

If you’re looking for a Bournemouth student church, we would love you to join us!

Wherever you’re at in your journey of knowing God you are so welcome at Lansdowne. Our hope and prayer for you is that during your time as a student you would grow as disciples of Jesus, and belong to our church family. Student years are such an amazing and often challenging time of change and new opportunities and we would love to help you make the most of that and see how God really does give us life to the full!

Monday nights - As students we meet together to study God's word each week, whether that's through a bible study or talks led by lovely members of our student team and wider church family. Each week we spend time discussing God's word and how it applies to our lives and how we can live that out. It's a great time to be encouraged in your faith, learn more about the God we love and serve and to spend time praying with and for each other. Also, a great time to make deeper friendships with both other students and our lovely student team.

Hub Cafe - Come along to the Hub Cafe for a drink and some cake each Monday and Wednesday from 10:30am- 3:30pm. Each Wednesday afternoon there will be an opportunity to do something fun together! Every other week on Wednesday afternoon from the beginning of October we will be starting a book club, come along and bring your friends. On the weeks we aren't looking at books there will be different activities from essay help to craft, do feel free to share ideas for things we can do!

Student lunches - Every Sunday we provide hosts to welcome you into their home for lunch. This is an opportunity to get to know a variety of people in our church family and a time to get to know other students in a deeper way. We love this part of student ministry which is such an opportunity to share our lives and share a meal. As a church we love welcoming people anyway we can and a real opportunity to just spend time together on a Sunday afternoon. We pray that this is a huge blessing to you over your time here with us.

Bournemouth Christian Union

The Christian Union is a team of Christian students from churches across Bournemouth which aims to give every student here the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel. We love what the CU do, and believe they have a unique opportunity to reach students on their campuses so we’d definitely encourage you to get involved! You can visit the Universities of Bournemouth Christian Union Facebook page:
